Where is Maison Koval located?

We're based in the Charlotte, NC area and serve University City, Kannapolis, Concord, Huntersville, Mooresville, Matthews, Indian Trail, Monroe, Gastonia, Rock Hill, Fort Mill and many more towns. Showroom visits are by appointment. Book a viewing here.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in North Carolina and South Carolina. Most deliveries are within about an hour of Charlotte, and some of our most common areas are University City (near UNC Charlotte), Kannapolis and Concord. See all the areas we serve.

Do you deliver to apartments near UNC Charlotte?

Yes. We deliver to homes and apartments throughout the University area, including upstairs units with stairs or elevators. Choose help-inside or white glove delivery and we'll bring it right into your unit.

How does delivery work?

We offer three service levels: curbside drop-off, help inside (we bring it into your home), and white glove (placement, setup and packaging removal). Delivery pricing depends on your location first, then the service level you choose. Upper-floor deliveries have a small surcharge.

Can I see the furniture before I buy?

Absolutely. Book a private showroom viewing online and we will have your pieces ready to see and sit on.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing through Acima, so you can take your furniture home now and pay over time. Ask us about current options.

Do you sell Ashley furniture?

Yes. We carry new Ashley sectionals and sofas, including the Midnight Madness, Newellen, Aviemore and Altari collections.

Do you sell used sectionals and sofas?

Yes. We carry gently used sectionals and sofas as well as new ones. Used inventory changes quickly, so check our used sectionals page or message us to see what is in stock.
